As someone who's fascinated by storytelling and how it's moved through time, I really enjoyed your piece! I agree, there's no hierarchy when it comes to different formats and mediums. You hear similar snobbery when people argue about film versus television.

I think it's fine to be partial towards certain mediums (I personally will always have a soft spot in my heart for cinema and printed novels), but to claim certain forms are superior to others is to be ignorant about history and perhaps the nature of creativity itself.
